Erdoğan Özegen, a graduate of the Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Administration, served as a Member of Parliament for Niğde for three terms.
During his tenure as an MP, he held various roles, including Member of the Agriculture, Forestry, and Rural Affairs Commission; Member of the Health, Family, Labor, and Social Affairs Commission; Member of the Group Executive Board; Member of the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) Administrative Council as Parliament Clerk; Chair of the International Commission; Chair of the Turkish Group of the Mediterranean Parliamentary Assembly; Secretary-General of the Turkey-China Friendship Group; and Member of the UN Commission on Trade Facilitation for Developing Countries.
He has also been active in social, cultural, and cooperative organizations, serving as Chair of the Niğde Commodity Exchange, Member of the TOBB Agricultural Council, Chief Advisor on Institutional Relations at TOBB, Member of the TOBB High Strategy Council, Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at TOBB ETÜ Hospital, and Member of the 23rd Term of the 56th Committee of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO).
Currently, he continues to serve as a Member of the TOBB Executive Board, a Founding Trustee and Member of GS1 Turkey, Member of the TOBB High Strategy Council, TOBB Delegate, Founding and Trustee Member of the Sinan and Selimiye Monuments Preservation Foundation (SİSEV), Member of the 29th Term of ATO’s 42nd Committee, and Chairman of the Board and Executive Board at Credit Guarantee Fund Inc.
He is married and the father of three children.
