Prof. Dr. Haluk ÖZSARI graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1984. He completed his master’s and doctorate education in Health Management at Hacettepe University. In 2009, he was appointed as assistant professor, in 2014 as associate professor and in 2019 as professor.
He worked as a health manager, ministerial advisor and deputy undersecretary at the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health. In the private sector, he worked as a health management consultant and board member. He held academic positions at Istanbul University and Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University.
He is currently a faculty member at İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Health Management.
