Prof. Dr. Haluk Özsarı graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1984. He completed his master’s and doctorate in Health Management at Hacettepe University respectively in 1994 and 2003. In 2009, he became an assistant professor, in 2014 an associate professor and in 2019 a professor. In the Ministry of Health, he worked as a health manager, ministerial advisor, and deputy undersecretary, while in the private sector; he worked as a health management consultant and board member. He worked at Istanbul University and Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University. He is currently a faculty member at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Health Management.
