Zafer ÖZTÜRK
He graduated from Istanbul Kültür University, Department of Turkish Language and Literature. He completed his formation program at Yeditepe University and then his master’s degree in Educational Administration and Supervision at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University.
Since 1998, he has been working in the field of education management as the founding representative of Florya College. At the same time, he is actively holding in various positions non-governmental organizations such as ITO Assembly Member, TOBB Education Assembly, Rumeli Education Foundation and Rumeli Executive Businessmen Association.
In 2015, he started his term of office in the TÖZOK administration and has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2021.
